The Independent Civil Protection Office is responsible for implementing Law no. 3013/2002 and the ministerial decision no. 1299/2003.
The Office is also responsible for the Civil Emergency Planning (known in Greek by the acronym PSEA), pursuant to the presidential decree 17/1971.
