The Personnel Department monitors, coordinates and deals with all the problems faced by the Departments it consists of:

• Teaching Staff Department
• Non-Teaching Staff Department
• Administrative Staff Department

It is in charge of conducting due diligence on the recruitment and placement process of faculty members.
