The figure of Aristotle and his scientific heritage has a significant influence on the formation of Ukrainian science and education in general, as well as scientific, educational and cultural traditions of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv  in particular.
In 2016, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is planning to hold a series of activities in honor of the universal and the interdisciplinary format of the creative heritage of Aristotle, a significant effect on its figures the development of Ukrainian science, education, culture and society.

On the 25th November 2016, the Department of History of Philosophy, of the Philosophical Faculty, and the Department of History of the Ukranian Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy of NAS of Ukraine, organize the workshop:

“Heritage of Aristotle in Ukranian translation and research”
