PhD studentships are available for EU nationals (exceptional internationals applicants will also be considered) on topics in communication theory, information theory and security of wireless systems. Sample topics of particular interest include (but are not limited to):
 Physical layer security for smart cyber-physical systems and the IoT
 Cross layer optimization of fog radio access systems
 Signal processing for full duplex communications
